Gita Reinitz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gita started their career as a Coach at the College of Management Rishon Lezion in 2012. Later, they worked as a Coach at Gvahim-Connecting talents, where they played a key role in bridging the communication gap between employers and job seekers. In 2013, Gita served as a Scientific Liaison at the EU Desk, Research Authority, Bar Ilan University, where they connected researchers to potential partners for EU calls. Gita then joined Axis Innovation as an Investor Relations, where they focused on locating strategic partnerships, sponsorships, investors, and start-ups. In 2014, Gita also worked as a Research Scientist at Nanotechnology Center, Bar Ilan University. Gita subsequently joined LifeGene - People Connecting Science in 2016 as a Business Development professional until 2020. Gita has also held positions at tech.bio as a Director Board of Directors and Principal, NFX as a Principal, and Pepper Bio as a Board Observer, all in 2021.

Gita Reinitz studied IP for Entrepreneurs at Columbia University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Biotechnology from Bar-Ilan University from 2013 to 2015. Gita also completed their undergraduate degree in Biotechnology with a focus on Life Science's at Bar-Ilan University from 2010 to 2013.
