John Hayes

John Hayes is a data engineer and data analyst at NFX, a venture firm in San Francisco, where responsibilities involve transforming funding for innovators since January 2019. Prior to this, John served as an account representative at EnChroma, Inc., focusing on B2B support for retail locations. Earlier experiences include roles as a Cal Teach intern, where John supported math teachers, and as a resident assistant at COSMOS, promoting academic success for high school students. Additionally, John worked as a math intern at Cañada College, tutoring college-level math students and coaching fellow tutors. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and completed a program at Galvanize Inc. in 2018.
