Joachim Aae

Joachim Aae is an experienced professional in data and integration, currently serving as the Head of Data & Integration at NG Nordic since September 2025. Previously, Joachim worked at twoday from August 2018 to August 2025 as an Analytics Architect and Advisor, where diverse responsibilities included leading technology advisory engagements, managing data platform implementation projects, and developing best practices. Joachim's background also includes roles as a Senior Consultant and Analytics & BI Consultant, focusing on data engineering, data science, and platform engineering. Earlier experience includes internships in product development and data science at Bento for Business and Visma bWise AS, as well as customer-facing roles at Elkjop Nordic AS and Orkdal kommune. Joachim holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and has attended various institutions for additional studies in entrepreneurship and language.
