Kim D'Souza is an experienced professional in client engagement and business operations, currently serving as the Client Engagement Manager at NGen Canada since January 2021. Prior to this role, Kim D'Souza spent over two decades at Ontario Centres of Excellence in various capacities, including Business Engagement Specialist, Office Services Coordinator, and Executive Assistant for Materials and Manufacturing Ontario. Kim D'Souza also gained valuable experience at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters from June 1988 to October 1997, working as an Executive Assistant and Production Coordinator for the Canadian Trade Index.
