Ashok Jain is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director & CFO at NextGen Invitro Diagnostics Pvt Ltd since March 2020, Ashok has a robust background in finance, M&A, and corporate governance, having previously held the position of Vice President-Finance & Controller at Avantor Performance Materials, Inc. from January 2006 to January 2020. Ashok's expertise spans financial planning, restructuring, IPO preparation, and compliance, with significant contributions to the successful acquisition and integration of numerous companies in the life sciences field. An alumnus of esteemed institutions, Ashok holds qualifications in Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary, and has completed executive education in M&A and restructuring from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
