Matthew Jones

Matthew Jones is an experienced professional in automation and operational technology with a career spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as Director of Operational Technology and Director of Automation Engineering at NGL Energy Partners LP since March 2019, Matthew directs automation initiatives across the enterprise. Previously, Matthew worked as a Regional Project Manager at Ashley Automation from January 2013 to January 2020, where new oilfield and industrial customers were consistently brought in. Matthew also served as President of Ashley Automation and Technology, Inc. from July 2008 to January 2020. Earlier roles include Service Supervisor at S&J Electric, overseeing field electrical decisions and training new electricians, and Service Electrician at Zeig Electric.
