Ryan Hall

Ryan Hall is an accomplished professional in environmental management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations at NGL Energy Partners LP since October 2019. Hall has extensive experience in developing regulatory frameworks and innovative systems for produced water treatment, focusing on sustainability and resource recovery. Previously, as Technical Director at Hillstone Environmental Partners, Hall facilitated organizational growth and client service advancement. In a similar role at Shalewater Solutions, Hall played a key role during the company’s sale to Golden Gate Capital. Additional experience includes serving as an adjunct professor at Penn State University, managing oil and gas market programs at Eurofins TestAmerica, and coordinating industrial forensics at RJ Lee Group. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from Pennsylvania State University and a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Duquesne University.
