Tom Charboneau

Tom Charboneau currently serves as Control Center Manager at NGL Energy Partners LP since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at Energy Transfer, where responsibilities included Manager Control Center and Lead Controller from December 2021 to May 2023. Tom's experience also encompasses working as Liquids Supervisor, System Control at Enable Midstream Partners from March 2020 to December 2021, and serving as Control Center Manager and Lead Controller at ARB Midstream from December 2018 to March 2020. Tom began a long tenure at Rose Rock Midstream in January 1994, progressing to the role of Sr. Pipeline Systems Controller until November 2018.
