Kristy Bagnall

Kristy Bagnall (CAHRI) currently serves as the Head of People Operations at NGM Group since March 2023. With a robust background in human resources, Kristy previously held various leadership roles at Greater Bank from July 2008 to March 2023, including Head of Human Resources, acting Head of People and Process Transformation, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Business Partner. Additionally, Kristy served as the Director of Greater Charitable Foundation from November 2012 to November 2015 and worked as an Employee Relations Advisor at OneSteel and Smorgon Steel. Academically, Kristy earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle (2011-2014) and a Bachelor of Business in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the same institution (1999-2002). Further education includes a management and leadership program from Harvard Division of Continuing Education and a disruptive HR business partner program from Disruptive HR UK.
