Kristin Antin is a seasoned professional in community engagement and human rights advocacy, currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at NGO-ISAC since March 2025. Previously, Kristin held the position of Integrated Security Advisor at the Center for Victims of Torture, where responsibilities included designing security curriculums and coordinating protection cases for human rights defenders at risk. Kristin’s extensive experience includes roles as Knowledge Collaboration Lead, Director of Programs, and Community Knowledge and Communications Manager at HURIDOCS, with a focus on resource creation and project oversight. Additionally, Kristin worked as a community catalyst at The Engine Room, enhancing knowledge management systems and developing security strategies for human rights organizations. Kristin began a career in advocacy and communications as an intern with ACTV-Against Torture and served as the Information Technology Committee Chair for the Midwest International NGO Network. Educational credentials include an MA in Theory and Practice of Human Rights from the University of Essex and a BA in Humanities from the University of Colorado Boulder.
