Katherine Rogala

Katherine Rogala, LCSW, serves as the National Community Engagement Manager for the National Adoption Association since August 2025. Previously, Katherine was the Outreach and Engagement Coordinator at Forge Health, advocating for various mental health services. Katherine has extensive experience as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist and Administrator at Christian Health Care Center, overseeing adult day services. Additional roles include managing community programming at Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children, clinical case management at Children's Aid and Family Services, and various internships in adoption and maternity services. Katherine holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
