Neeta started their career as a Staff Accountant and Tax Analyst at a CPA firm specializing in tax, bookkeeping, management consulting and accounting services. Neeta then moved to kranz as the Venture Fund Accounting Manager where they were responsible for managing full cycle accounting services for multiple Venture Capital firms, including AP/AR, payroll, cash flows, government tax and bank compliance, Capital Calls, Distributions, K-1’s, 1099's. Neeta has a strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements. Neeta is extremely detail oriented and has a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.

Neeta Shrotriya has a Bachelor of Commerce from Brihan Maharashtra College Of Commerce and an ICWA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
