Andi Sue Phillips, NACD.DC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aviation, human factors engineering, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Founding Partner and Chief Product Officer at FortiFly, an AI-driven pilot training company, Andi is also a Board Member at the NGPA, advocating for inclusivity in aviation. Previous roles include Senior Human Factors Engineer at HF Designworks, and various pilot positions, including Airline Pilot at Air Transport International and Lear 60 Business Jet Pilot at International Jet Aviation Services.
