Jimmy Tieu has over six years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jimmy is currently working as the Head of Customer Experience at NGRAVE since July 2021. Jimmy Tieu has a comprehensive education background with a focus on communication and marketing. Jimmy completed their Bachelor of Communication degree in Communication and Media Studies at KU Leuven in 2012. Jimmy then pursued a Master's degree in Communication at KU Leuven, which they completed in 2013. Following this, Jimmy obtained a Postgraduaat in Digitale Marketing and Communication from EHSAL Management School in 2014.
In addition to their formal education, Jimmy has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Jimmy became a Certified Behavioural Designer through SUE Behavioural Design in May 2019. In June 2018, they obtained certification in Agile Marketing from Emerce. Jimmy also achieved Adwords Certification from Google in November 2016. Furthermore, Jimmy has certifications in Adobe Target and Google Analytics Individual Qualification, which they obtained in 2016 and January 2019, respectively. In May 2018, they became a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist through Scaled Agile Inc.
