Kelsey Navarro is an accomplished talent leader with extensive experience in recruiting and talent management. Currently serving as Head of Talent at ngrok since November 2022, Kelsey has been recognized with the FY25H1 Impact Award. Previously at Okta from March 2018 to October 2022, Kelsey thrived as a Recruiting Manager for Commercial Sales, receiving multiple accolades including the FY23 Q1 BLOC Awards Builder Award and leading a team that significantly scaled the organization. Prior roles include Senior Recruiting Manager at Coit Group, where Kelsey managed teams focused on various sales roles and earned numerous billing awards. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Oregon.
