Michel Felisa

Michel Felisa has over 30 years of experience in senior-level positions, including 10 years as an executive coach. Michel currently serves as the Managing Partner France at NGS Global, where they are responsible for P&L responsibilities in multicultural environments within global corporations. Before joining NGS Global, they worked as the General Manager / Partner Coach at CrossLinks Executive Search. Prior to that, Michel worked as a Consultant RH at D2L Consultants and as the Director of Licenses Europe / Fisher Price at Mattel.
