Shyni Satyamitra

Shyni Satyamitra is a Client Partner for NGS Global and is based out of our Bangalore office.

Ms. Satyamitra is an accomplished and results-oriented business leader with deep learning and development expertise, having worked for 20 years as the Senior Vice President of QAI, a global workforce development and consulting organization. Most recently, she was the Chief Sales Officer for KnowledgeHut, a high-end professional skills training provider, where she led the business development and client management function.

She has a proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior executives across a wide variety of companies, as well as provide customized solutions best-fit for organizational advantage.

Along with her exemplary track record of delivering business results to clients, Ms. Satyamitra has also previously handled the HR function at a start-up, which provided her with exposure to the challenges of team building, management, and engagement in a rapid growth environment.

She holds a Masters in Political Science from Mysore University.
