Valerie Foote

Valerie Foote is an experienced professional in property management and real estate operations. Currently serving as a Community Manager at NHE, Inc. since April 2018, Valerie oversees the operations and profitability of a multifaceted 168-unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit project, managing a substantial annual budget. Prior to this role, Valerie was the Director of Operations at Freshwater Investments, LLC, where responsibilities included managing construction renovation projects to optimize property value. Valerie's background also includes serving as a Property and Marketing Manager for HomeVestors and as Senior Director of Development at Nevada Public Radio. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Chapman University and is educated in real estate through the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate.
