Francesco Gaudio

Francesco Gaudio is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Chef at NoHo Hospitality Group and working as a Chef Consultant at Green Kitchen NYC since April 2018. Francesco holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center, where studies were completed between 2014 and 2016, and a Sommelier certification from the same institution, obtained from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Francesco earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Montclair State University, with attendance from 2003 to 2007.
