Jessica Leung is an experienced pastry chef with a diverse background in the culinary industry. Currently serving as the Pastry Chef at The Shinola Hotel since January 2017, Jessica has also held the position of Pastry Sous Chef at The William Vale Hotel. Previous roles include Pastry Cook at The NoMad Hotel New York and Pastry Sous Chef at both The Dinex Group and STARR Restaurants. Jessica's career began in 2007 as a Pantry/Prep Cook at Zaftig's and has included various positions such as Meal Ticket Intern and Pastry at Cantina Feliz. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts, Marketing, and Communications from Drexel University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
