Joann Fan

Joann Fan has extensive experience in both culinary arts and finance. Currently serving as a Line Cook at NoHo Hospitality Group since July 2016, Joann manages multiple food preparation stations and supports Executive Chefs with dish testing. Additionally, Joann has been a Proprietary Trader and Accountant at Dynamic Decisions Inc. since March 2013, where expertise in technical analysis and macroeconomic trends is applied to manage a trading portfolio. Prior culinary roles include working as a Line Cook/Extern at Morimoto Restaurant and earlier experience in journalism as a Reporter for various outlets, including iTech Post, NBCUniversal, and Patch.com. Joann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Stony Brook University and has completed culinary education at the Institute of Culinary Education.
