Paul Smith

Paul Smith is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in relationship management and customer service across various roles. Currently serving as the Head of Frameworx at NHMF frameworx since May 2025, Paul previously held the position of Regional Procurement Manager at LHC from June 2021 to April 2025, and worked as an Account Executive at Consortium Procurement between January 2019 and June 2021. Earlier in their career, Paul was the Procurement and Stores Manager at Newark and Sherwood Homes Limited, where Paul effectively managed procurement processes and enhanced customer relations. Additionally, Paul has experience in customer service from a Senior Customer Services Advisor role and has held sales positions at Southwell Leisure Centre and Vodafone. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Development and Coaching from the University of Lincoln and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Sports and Exercise Science from Lincoln College.
