Roger Karlsen

Roger Karlsen possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the beverage and food industry. Currently serving as 공동 CEO, Kommersiell direktør, and Forsyningsdirektør at Macks Ølbryggeri AS since May 2010, Roger plays a pivotal role in a prominent brewery recognized as the northernmost in the world. Additional leadership positions include Styreleder for Arnøy Laks AS and Svalbard Bryggeri AS, and Styremedlem for NHO Mat og Drikke (Food Drink Norway), H2RK, Vican, and Helsepartner Nord-Norge AS. Roger's past experience includes positions on various boards, including Ludvig Mack Brygghus and Union Bryggeri. Roger earned a degree in Economic Analysis from the Norwegian School of Economics and has educational background from UiT-The Arctic University of Norway and Haerens Befalskole.
