Tonje Lie

Tonje Lie is a seasoned professional in international affairs with extensive experience in energy, climate, and economic policy. Currently serving as a Senior Adviser for international affairs at NHO - Næringslivets Hovedorganisasjon since August 2024, Tonje previously held the position of Deputy Director at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, managing the Section for Energy, Climate and Environment from September 2018 to September 2024. Additionally, Tonje served as Deputy Head of Mission at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Brussels, where responsibilities included political and economic reporting.
