Fadel Hegazy

Fadel Hegazy is currently the Head of IT at NHOA Group since October 2023, having also held the same position at NHOA since July 2021, where responsibilities include organizing the corporate IT infrastructure team focused on help desk operations and IT asset management. Previous experience includes roles as an IT Specialist at Engie EPS, where Fadel handled the development and management of ICT infrastructure, and as Information Technology Staff at PC101 and Computer Clinic, managing customer support and service contracts. Additionally, Fadel worked as an IT Specialist at Marachella Gruppo spa and an IT Technician with SCS, providing on-site IT services for various clients. Early career experience includes serving as a Team Leader at the Automobile Club d'Italia, managing an outbound call center. Fadel holds a High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico Statale Marie Curie, obtained in 2001.
