Teresa Pogliani is the Group Head of Engagement and Corporate Communication at NHOA Group, responsible for managing brand identity, content creation, event orchestration, and fostering internal communication, with a focus on ESG initiatives. With experience as Head of Corporate Communication and Sustainability at NHOA, and interim Head of Corporate Communication at Atlante, Teresa has a strong background in communication and agile design at Engie EPS. Prior roles include Executive Assistant to the CEO at Novatex Italia S.p.A. and Business Analyst at Business Integration Partners, complemented by research experience at the International Maritime Organization. Teresa holds multiple master's degrees in Marketing & Communication Management and Corporate Sustainability, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Università degli Studi di Milano.
