Ludovica Solera

Ludovica Solera is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief People Officer and Director of Human Resources, HSEQ, and Organization at NHOA since May 2015. In this role, Ludovica oversees the health, safety, well-being, and professional development of employees, supported by a dedicated team. Prior to this, Ludovica held the position of HSEQ Manager, focusing on ensuring the health, safety, and security of colleagues and partners at ENGIE EPS. Ludovica's career in chemistry began with roles at INRIM, including borsista and tirocinio formativo. Ludovica holds a Master's degree in Chimica Industriale from Università degli Studi di Torino, completed between 2009 and 2014.
