Roberta Romano Emba

Roberta Romano EMBA currently serves as the Head of Global Corporate Office at NHOA Group since September 2023 and has held various significant roles at NHOA since July 2021, including Group General Counsel and Member of the Executive Committee. Additionally, Roberta is a Member of the Board of Directors at Atlante and previously contributed to Free2move eSolutions as General Counsel and Member of the Executive Committee until December 2022. Roberta's earlier experience includes roles at Engie EPS as General Counsel, and positions at EPS and K&L Gates, where foundational skills in legal practice were developed. Roberta holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Università Bocconi and an EMBA from ESCP Business School, complemented by international experience at the National University of Singapore.
