Guillaume Demeester

Guillaume Demeester currently serves as the Head of Design and Build for France and Luxembourg at Nhood Services France, focusing on innovative and sustainable professional space design and development. Since December 2021, Guillaume Demeester has also been an associate at Team for the Planet. Prior to these roles, Guillaume Demeester held various positions at Groupe Kardham from May 2010 to March 2025, including Associate Director and Regional Manager, overseeing construction, rehabilitation, and advisory projects for public and private organizations. Additional experience includes roles as Project Director, Project Architect, and Assistant Architect, providing support on feasibility studies for commercial center extensions and reorganizations. Guillaume Demeester holds a State Diploma in Architecture from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture et de Paysage de Lille and has participated in an Erasmus program at Politechnika Łódzka in Architecture.
