Christine Wu

Christine Wu brings extensive experience in the construction and architecture industries, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at The NHP Foundation since October 2025. Previously, Christine held various roles at Bozzuto from August 2016 to October 2025, including Preconstruction Manager and Project Manager. Additional experience includes Senior Project Manager at HSU Builders, Project Manager positions at Milestone Construction and Five Below, and an internship at the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation. Christine's architectural background includes roles as Project Architect at Francis Cauffman Foley, Hoffmann Architects and JPC Architects, as well as an internship at Botesch, Nash and Hall Architects. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning and a Real Estate Investment & Development Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Washington State University.
