Ian Sobel

Ian Sobel has a comprehensive work experience in the field of asset management and property management. Ian worked at The NHP Foundation from 2016, starting as an Asset Manager and progressing to Assistant Vice President and then Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, they managed third-party property management firms, oversaw annual operating budgeting, and business plans. Prior to that, they worked at Esponda Associates as the Director of Asset Management, where they established operational budgets and processed revenue projections for the portfolio.
