Jay Cengiz

Jay Cengiz is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions & Development at The NHP Foundation since April 2024. Prior roles include Real Estate Developer at Pennrose, Director at Camber Property Group, and Associate at Slate Property Group. Jay began a career in real estate as Associate Director at SVN | CPEX Real Estate, where a significant contribution involved the sale of over $100 million in commercial real estate. Prior to real estate, Jay held positions at Arcelor Mittal as an Analyst, Johnson & Johnson as a Capital & Fixed Assets Intern, and UPS as a Team Leader. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University.
