John Welsh has over 24 years of experience in the housing industry. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President at The NHP Foundation since July 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at AHC Inc., including Director of the Multifamily Division and Vice President of the Multifamily Group, starting in November 1998.
John Welsh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Villanova University. John also holds a Master of Regional Planning degree from Cornell University with a focus on City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.

Experience gained from 25 years of affordable housing investment allows us to knowledgeably evaluate the multitude of factors that go into a successful investment decision. We develop strong resident services programs tailored to each properties specific needs. Our staffs are leaders in both for profit and not for profit real estate, and we gain further support from a dedicated Board of Trustees.
