Kevin L. has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various organizations and sectors. Kevin started their career in 1998 as a Teacher at the Orleans Parish Public School System. Kevin then transitioned to the nonprofit sector, working at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America from 1999 to 2008. During this time, they held various roles including Coordinator, Mentoring Programs, Director of Agency Programs, and Director of Faith-Based Partnerships. In 2005, Kevin became an Independent Contractor, offering coaching, consulting, career mentoring, training, public speaking, and evaluation services. In 2006, they joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of America again as the Chief Program Officer before joining The NHP Foundation in 2008. Kevin L. has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Tulane University. Kevin also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nonprofit Administration from LSU Shreveport.
