Marie Richmond

Marie Richmond is an experienced professional currently serving as the Acting Head of Digital Strategic Delivery at NHS Fife since August 2018. Additionally, Marie holds the position of e-Health Head of Strategy and Programmes at the Scottish Ambulance Service and is completing a one-year secondment as the Enabling Technology Programme Manager. With a background in Programme Management at NHS National Services Scotland, Marie has managed the Scottish Wide Area Network project, demonstrating strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple sectors. Previous roles include Assistant Programme Manager at NHS Lanarkshire, serving in various coordination positions, and early career experiences as a Local Government Officer. Marie's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Project and Programme Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a BA from Glasgow Caledonian University, complemented by certifications such as the European Computer Driving License.
