Amy Anderson serves as a Board Member at Bon Accord Care since April 2024, focusing on governance and oversight of the organization, alongside chairing the Audit Assurance and Risk Committee. In parallel, Amy has been the Transforming Cancer Care Co-Ordinator for NHS Grampian since July 2016, implementing community-based approaches in cancer care across the North of Scotland. Additionally, Amy contributes as a Non Executive Board Member for NHS Grampian, chairs several committees, and participates in strategic health decisions with the Aberdeenshire Integrated Joint Board. Other roles include chairing the NHS Grampian Pharmacy Practices Committee, serving as a Patient Panel Member for SBRI Healthcare, and reviewing medical papers for BMJ. Previously, Amy has held leadership and advocacy positions in various health and social care organizations, including Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland and Down's Syndrome Scotland. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Aspiring Leadership and multiple counseling credentials from Glasgow Caledonian University, along with a degree in International Politics from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
