Aimee Midgley is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Delivery at NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board since July 2022, where roles have also included Head of People Partnering and Head of People Operations. Previous positions include Head of People Operations at NHS Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG and HR Business Partner at University Hospital Southampton NHS FT. Aimee's career began at Portsmouth City Council as a Human Resources Trainee and progressed through various HR roles across different NHS trusts. Aimee holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Workforce Planning from the University of West London, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Management from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by a Higher National Certificate in Business from HSDC Havant & South Downs.
