Rhiannan Rubin

Rhiannan Rubin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people strategy and organisational development, currently serving as the Head of People Strategy and Organisational Development for NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board since March 2021. Prior roles at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust included leadership positions in health and wellbeing, systems culture and change, and coaching and management development, with a focus on operational leadership across various organisational development initiatives. Rhiannan also held senior HR advisory roles covering multiple divisions, managing substantial employee relations caseloads.
