Zoë Lord

Zoe Lord has a robust background in healthcare improvement and leadership, having held various roles in both the NHS Horizons and NHS Improvement. Zoe is currently the Head of Transformation at Horizons NHS and has extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation programs to enhance health and care services. Zoe's education includes a Master of Science in Senior Healthcare Leadership from the University of Birmingham and additional training in coaching and personal development. Zoe's skill set includes project management, Lean methodology, quality improvement, and collaborative techniques to drive process and cultural change for safer care.
