Lee R Neary

Lee R Neary is an experienced leader in primary and community care, currently serving as the Director of Primary & Community Care / Strategy, Performance & Service Transformation at NHS National Services Scotland since June 2021. Lee has a strong background in strategy and operations, with roles at RBS focusing on strategy, architecture, transformation, and service management from November 2008 to January 2019, and various management positions at Jabil and Lloyds Banking Group. Lee's career began at Sun Microsystems as a quality systems engineering technician. Lee holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and an MSc in Lean Operations from Cardiff University.
