Kirsty F. M. Hart

Kirsty F. M. Hart serves as the Human Resources Director at NHTI - Concord's Community College since September 2023. Previously, Kirsty held the position of Human Resources Consultant at BlueLion, LLC from February 2021 to September 2023. Kirsty gained extensive experience at Pentair Water Quality Systems between January 2017 and October 2020 as HR Generalist II and HR Generalist. At Lonza, between June 2010 and December 2016, Kirsty worked in various roles, including HR Generalist/Recruiter and Human Resources Employment Administrator. Kirsty started in the HR field as an HR Coordinator at Terra Holdings, LLC from October 2005 to September 2009 and previously worked in the pharmacy sector as a Pharmacy Technician from 1997 to 2005. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education & Children's Media from Granite State College, and further education was undertaken at Pace University.
