Krystyna Carpenter is an experienced recruitment professional with a demonstrated history in talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Niagara Bottling since March 2019, Krystyna plays a pivotal role in one of the largest private label bottled water and beverage companies in the United States. Prior to this position, Krystyna was a Sr. Recruiter at Sparrow Company LLC from October 2009 to March 2019, focusing on delivering high-quality candidates to clients. Krystyna began their career as a Senior Recruiter at ICR Search from July 2006 to September 2008, where full cycle recruiting processes were developed. Krystyna holds a diploma from Hesperia High School and has attended Victor Valley College.
