Caroline Campbell is an experienced Patient Relations Specialist at Niagara Health since April 2017, where responsibilities include mediating conflicts between patients and healthcare providers, managing the complaint process, providing consultations, and ensuring compliance with provincial legislation. Prior to this, Caroline served as a Health Promoter at Niagara Region Public Health from November 2014 to April 2017, focusing on chronic disease prevention initiatives and community engagement.
