Mahmood Albahhar

Mahmood Albahhar, FRCPC, is an experienced Interventional Radiologist and Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University since 2018, with additional clinical responsibilities at Niagara Health since December 2017. Albahhar has held various roles, including reviewer for the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology and the British Journal of Radiology since 2017 and 2016, respectively. Prior experience includes fellowships in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Medical College of Georgia and in Diagnostic and Interventional Musculoskeletal Radiology at the University of Washington Medical Center. Albahhar's education includes completion of the Safety, Quality, Informatics and Leadership Program at Harvard Medical School in 2022, a residency in Radiology at McGill University, and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from King AbdulAziz University.
