Sverker Åkerblom

Sverker Åkerblom has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sverker is currently the Founding Partner and CEO of Niam Infrastructure at Niam AB since March 2021. Sverker is also a Board Member at Grönska Stadsodling since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at Antler from July 2020. From January 2021 to April 2022, they served as a Board Member at Zephyr Vind AB. Sverker previously worked at BlackRock for almost a decade, holding the position of Head of Continental European Investments, Renewable Power from March 2011 to June 2020. Sverker was also a Board Member at The Swedish Wind Energy Association from April 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they held managerial and analyst roles at Tessera Solar International, Lazard, and Addnode Group AB.

Sverker Åkerblom completed their M.Sc. in Business and Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics from 2002 to 2007. In 2006, they briefly attended Uppsala University, where they focused on Mathematics. In 2007, they also studied Business at the National University of Singapore.
