Hye Rhin Doo

Hye Rhin (Erin) Doo, PHR has held various roles in the field of compensation and human resources, starting from an Operations Intern at Korea Exchange Bank to their current position as a Senior Compensation Manager at Niantic, Inc. Along the way, Hye Rhin (Erin) has garnered experience in different companies such as Plaid, Lyft, and Axiom, where Hye Rhin (Erin) held roles ranging from Compensation Analyst to Global Compensation Manager. With a BS in Business Political Economy from NYU Stern School of Business, Hye Rhin (Erin) also worked as a Finance Aide at New York University and as a Human Resources Generalist at Sehan Academy. Additionally, Hye Rhin (Erin) holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the United Nations International School of Hanoi.
