Tristin Hightower

Tristin Hightower serves as an Operations Manager at Niantic, Inc. since June 2021 and has been a self-employed consultant since July 2001. Previously, Tristin held various roles within the International Game Developers Association (IGDA®), including Director of Global Chapter and SIG Operations from March 2007 to May 2021, and earlier positions as Director of Operations and Operations Manager. Tristin has been actively involved in the gaming community through volunteer roles, including Steering Committee member for the Women in Games SIG, Treasurer of the Philadelphia Chapter, and co-organizer of events like LadyHacks and GameLoop Philadelphia. Tristin was also a Site Coordinator for the Global Game Jam in Philadelphia during 2011 and 2012, demonstrating extensive experience in community engagement, event coordination, and operations management.
