Jonathan Lucus

Jonathan Lucus, EdD, MPA, EML, serves as the Executive Director of NSITE, an organization dedicated to fostering diverse and inclusive workforces for individuals who are blind, visually impaired, or veterans. With extensive experience in workforce development, Jonathan currently holds the position of Senior Director at the National Industries for the Blind and has previously acted as Commissioner/Chair for the DC Government's State Rehabilitation Council, where strategic planning and policy oversight were key responsibilities. Jonathan also contributed significantly to The Arc of the United States as Senior Director of Workforce Strategy, where efforts centered on organizational transformation through diversity and inclusion. Earlier career roles include leading workforce initiatives at Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service and serving as a State Workforce Consultant in North Carolina. Jonathan holds a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, along with multiple advanced degrees and certifications in public affairs and global business leadership.
