Mark Fitzgibbon

Mark joined nib in October 2002 as Chief Executive Officer. In 2007 as Managing Director, he led nib through its demutualization and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Mark is a Director of nib holdings limited as well as many of its subsidiary companies and is also a member of the Nomination Committee.

Mark is currently a Director of Private Healthcare Australia. He has previously served as CEO of both the national and NSW peak industry bodies for licensed clubs as well as holding several CEO positions in local government.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration (UTS) and Masters in Arts (MGSM) and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
