Ty Gooch

Ty Gooch is a software engineer with experience in various roles. Ty began their career in 2018 as a Software Engineer Intern at UCSB Enterprise Technology Services. In 2019, they became a Frontend Web Developer at CJ Affiliate, where they built a progressive web app using React, Node.js, and AWS Lambda, allowing for an interactive data visualization experience and automated pdf generation of benefits for potential leads. Ty also created a plug in plug and play/WYSIWYG integration for non engineers to publish data visualizations to the website, freeing engineering resources and allowing for an expedited turnaround time for marketing material involving data visualizations. In 2021, they moved to Wonderschool as a Software Engineer, and in 2022 they joined Nibble Health as a Software Engineer.

Ty Gooch attended Guilford College from 2012 to 2014 and then transferred to UC Santa Barbara, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering in 2019. In June 2020, they obtained a Certified HubSpot CMS Developer certification from HubSpot.
